Today as we see our selves a company growing upward day by day, I also like to appreciate all the staff and our team of professionals who work harder to meet all the required uncompromising standards of our valuable clients. It was really not possible without their great efficient efforts.

HR Policy
Human Resource Policy Textile industry is highly labour intensive in nature. Managing a team engaged in doing largely repetitive work is one of the challenges that we face. Further, with competition from other companies in the labour intensive business, retaining our workforce is an added challenge that we face. Our human resource policies are targeted at creating a motivated work force.
Retention Policy With the textile sector in Pakistan on a rapid growth trajectory, the availability of quality skilled manpower is a constraint. Employee retention is critical for us and we attempt to address this issue by:
